Vietnamese Chicken & Rice

If you like pho, you’ll appreciate the warming spices of this soup.  Star anise, ginger, and cinnamon shine while fresh herbs, chilies, and onion garnish lend a vibrant and fresh balance to this uplifting soup.

 

Carrot, Ginger & Coconut Soup (Vegan)

Full of immune boosting beta-carotene from the carrots, this pureed soup is sure to warm you on these cold nights we’ve had recently! Coconut milk adds a creaminess and the addition of hemp seeds adds a boost of protein.

 

Kitchari (Vegan)

Ayurvedic porridge with rice, yellow lentils, greens and warming spices. Kitchari is grounding and easy to digest. The perfect postpartum recovery meal.

From sunflower to chia, you’ll find a blend of seeds in this lightly salted and turmeric spiced cracker.

Walnut Cardamom

Delicious little bites with the warming spices of cardamom, cinnamon, and ground ginger and full of omega 3s from walnuts. Sweetened with dates.

 

Golden Cacao Nibs

An almond meal base is combined with a blend of warming spices of turmeric, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon.  Sweetened with dates and also includes a sprinkling of cacao nibs.

Hibiscus lends a beautiful crimson color to this lactation booster.  Goat’s rue is believed to improve milk supply while oatstraw calms the mind.

 

Relaxing Rose Tea with Holy Basil and Chamomile

A soothing blend with uplifting rose, calming chamomile, and lovely exotic flavor of holy basil.
